Brief introduction: Aluminum silicate plug is sometimes called asbestos plug head and heat preservation cap for outlet of aluminium-copper-zinc smelting furnace. It is mainly made of high-grade aluminium silicate ceramic fibers and other formulas by vacuum moulding, with tough texture, high compressive strength, low heat storage and less heat loss. It is suitable for heat insulation and sealing at the outlet of centralized smelting furnace, refining furnace, static furnace and electric furnace. It makes the casting process of aluminium-copper-zinc and aluminium-copper-zinc alloy more convenient, safer and reliable.
