Aluminum slag remover is a kind of chemical, white powder, mainly used in other aluminum and aluminium alloys except high magnesium aluminium alloy.
Character: White powder, granularity less than 20 meshes, water content less than 0.5%.
Characteristic: It has good heating property, can separate aluminium beads from slag, and can partially decompose alumina to form light and loose powdery slag, which can reduce slag bonding lining and can be used as cleaning agent when slagging is not serious.
Dosage: Dosage: 0.1%-0.2% of molten aluminum alloy.
Usage: After refining, the powder of aluminium slagging agent is evenly sprayed on the slag surface, and the slag is stirred in time. After the slag is crushed, the slag powder is picked out. If aluminium slagging agent is used as covering agent, it is better to sprinkle it into flux three times, the first time when the burden begins to melt, the second time after all melting, and the third time mainly plays the role of slag-aluminium separation, which should be added after refining.
