Aluminum silicate needle-punched blanket is made of high-quality pyrojewels melted at high temperatures of over 2,000 degrees Celsius and fused with other additives to form aluminium silicate cotton, which is then knitted by high-end equipment. White color, regular size, set fire resistance, heat insulation, heat preservation in one, without any binder. Temperature resistance is 950-1400 C. It has chemical stability, thermal stability, sound absorption and noise reduction, high tensile strength, low thermal conductivity and low thermal capacity.
It is widely used in high temperature insulation of aerospace, steel, petrochemical and electric power.
